About The Event

A message from Krsnanandini Devi's family regarding this event:

Dear devotees, family, friends, and well wishers,

We are so grateful for yet another opportunity to celebrate the lasting legacy that Mother Krsnanandini gifted us.

This year we would like to celebrate under the theme “Going back to Godhead.” In our celebration, we will reflect on how Mata’s legacy will facilitate countless souls on their journeys back home, as exemplified in one of her signature songs, “The Hare Krsna Bus”:

Lord look us over we’re your devotees

We keep making our obeisances

No more Maya

No more fuss

Please take us back to Godhead on the Hare Krsna Bus

The Hare Krsna Bus, that’s the one for us

The Hare Krsna Bus, the Hare Krsna Bus

Now that the filming portion of the documentary “Krsnanandini: Life and Legacy” has been completed, we are incredibly grateful to all of those who contributed to the almost $25,000 we have raised thus far. We are excited to screen a short excerpt from the film during the celebration!

We are appreciative of any additional donations to support the final editing. The celebration will be an opportunity to leverage the generosity of all of those who have already been inspired by Mata’s unwavering commitment to spreading God’s love to ensure that others may be similarly touched through the production of the documentary about her life.

To that end, in addition to an array of heartfelt offerings, we will be holding a raffle of some of Mata’s most prized spiritual items and valued possessions.

Each individual attending requires a ticket even if they will not be participating in the raffle—we will be distributing the zoom link info to ticketholders before the event so that we can keep the event secure.

For those participating in the raffle (open to US-based devotees only), a ticket ensures an individual may select an item (or set of items) within that value category. There are a limited number of tickets available for each category. All proceeds will go toward costs for completing the documentary.

$0 - attendance without participation in the raffle

$51 (Hare Krsna bus tickets: bronze) - items similar to Japa bags/beads Mata chanted with (20 tickets)

$108 (Hare Krsna bus tickets: silver) - items similar to a set of 2 silk saris or deity paraphernalia (15 tickets)

$501 (Hare Krsna bus tickets: gold) - items similar to mid-sized pictures of Srila Prabhupada and other devotional artwork Mata personally framed (10 tickets)
