About The Event
Join Carly's monthly embodied yoga asana practice (Jivamukti yoga method). We will move and breathe more deeply (and consciously) into our bodies and step closer into our full potential.
The physical benefits of Jivamukti yoga practice include: increase in strength, balance and flexibility, detoxifying the body, improving circulation, a decrease in stress and toxins, release of past traumas, ease in seated postures (for japa and in lectures, etc.)
Truly, there are too many positive physical benefits to list. The psychotherapeutic benefits accrue with a steady practice and spiritual power is set free when energy flows throughout the mind and body. These sessions will guide us towards physical strength, peace of mind, better health, and deeper realization of Self.
