*Registration deadline is September 15th. If registering after September 15th, there may be onsite cabins available without attached bathroom or a nearby hotel room may be available, though neither facility is guaranteed. You may inquire with us before registering to ensure a room is available.

Registration cost includes lodging Friday & Saturday nights*, seminar participation and prasadam meals
   Meals provided:

       • Friday: Dinner 

       • Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 

       • Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch

*Sunday evening lodging is an available option for an additional $120. If you would like to also stay Sunday evening, you must choose that as an additional option at time of registration (ie., you will choose two options— Regular Registration option + Sunday evening option).

CANCELLATIONS:

• Last date for cancellation with *refund (*minus $25 cancellation fee plus Paypal/credit card fees) is August 21, 2019.

• After August 21, 2019, no refunds for cancellations will be given.

• You may transfer your registration to another person to avoid incurring cancellation fee. If you wish to transfer your registration, please notify us immediately at VaishnaviRetreat108@gmail.com 

• If total number of participants exceeds onsite availability, transferee will only get offsite accommodation.

LOCATION -- TRANSPORTATION TO RETREAT:

Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Center is located within the Mayacamas Mountains of Northern California, about an hour north of Santa Rosa. Closest airports  (approximately 2-hour drive) are Sacramento International Airport (SMF) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

 

Rideshares to and from Mandala Retreat Center may be available but is not guaranteed. We are offering a carpool matching service to try and facilitate those who may need a ride and/or those who would like to offer rides to the retreat center and back to the airport. Please fill in this RIDESHARE/CARPOOL FORM and we will get back to you with potential matches.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• Mandala Onsite Cabin/Cottage accommodations are provided for first 60 registrants. Please note that in order to fill the lodging accommodations to full capacity, the team of organizers will be assigning rooms. You may request to share a room with up to 3 other persons. Requests should be made at time of registration. Remaining registrants lodging provided at a ***nearby hotel (the Vaishnavi Retreat organizers will take care of reserving the hotel rooms) —  ***Eagle & Rose Inn, COBB.

• All cabin/cottage accommodations will be shared, 4 persons to a room with shared bathrooms. Bedding and towels are provided.

• Roommate preferences can be requested at time of registration

• Onsite tent camping and 20 RV spaces are also available (you must provide your own tent/RV, bedding and towels.. electricity, sewer/water hook-up and trailer restrooms are provided)

COTTAGE MARKETPLACE:

All participants are invited to bring items to sell at the Cottage Marketplace. Items can range from prasadam treats to handmade crafts to books or clothing.  PERMIT REQUIRED, please submit APPLICATION beforehand and you will receive a permit via email.

• Commercialism/multi-level marketing is not permitted

• Vendors are responsible for setting up, operating and the security of their own space

• Tables/props are not provided 

• Hours of operation will be limited to break periods only, as not to distract from seminars

• Percentage of profits donated to Vaishnavi Retreat fund is encouraged

MASSAGE THERAPY:

Massage therapists are invited to offer their services for hire throughout the retreat  (PERMIT REQUIRED, submit APPLICATION beforehand)

SEVA OPPORTUNITIES:

Surely we have all relished the bliss of being engaged in service side-by-side with others.  Of course devotional service means trying to please the Lord, it is meant to give Krishna happiness, not to give happiness to ourselves, but naturally if we make Krishna happy, we automatically become happy :) 

Volunteering at this retreat offers a multitude of benefits— opportunity to become acquainted with devotees whom you don’t know and build tighter bonds with those you do already know; hear and share Krishna katha; increase your taste for hearing and chanting the Holy Name, not to mention that you GET Krishna Himself, as the Lord becomes purchased by the devotee who is engaged in service to Him and His devotees!

SPONSORSHIPS:

Our goal in organizing this retreat is to encourage as many persons as possible to attend, including those with limited financial means. With this in mind, the cost of registration has been set very low and is covering the bare minimum and does not cover all the miscellaneous costs involved such as advertising, payment processing fees, etc. Our hope is that generosity will prevail and that some will come forward to offer donations to cover these and other incidentals, including travel expenses of the Presenters. Anything helps and is very much appreciated!
